Statutory text
- (1) The State Government shall have the power to cause inspection of the University in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) Every inspection shall be made after due notice to the University. (3) Proceedings of every inspection along with suggestion or advice of State Government shall be sent to the Governing Board for its necessary action.
