Types of Housing or Improvement Schemes.

A Housing or Improvement Scheme shall be one or a combination of any two or more of the following types or adaptation of any features thereof, namely:-

1. (a) a house accommodation scheme;
2. (b) a building scheme;
3. (c) a rehabilitation housing scheme;
4. (d) a city or town or village expansion scheme;
5. (e) a road construction or development scheme;
6. (f) a land development scheme;
7. (g) a site development and services scheme.
