Endowment Fund

  1. (1) There shall be established an Endowment Fund for the University with an amount of rupees two crores as minimum which shall be pledged to the State Government.
  2. (2) The Endowment Fund shall be used as security deposit to ensure that the University complies with the provisions of this Act and functions as per the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and Rules.
  3. (3) The terms and conditions of the Endowment Fund shall be such as may be prescribed.
  4. (4) The amount of endowment fund shall be kept by the State Government and shall be used in the manner as may be prescribed.
