1. Short title extent and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called "Rajitlal University (Amendment) Act, 2012".
(2) It shall come into force on such date like principal Act.
2. Amendment of Section 13(1) of the principal Act.
Statutory text
The existing sub-section (1) of Section 13 shall be substituted as follows,-
"13. (1) The Visitor of the University shall be the Governor of Meghalaya."
