Necessary arrangements shall be made for providing her medical care and diet, as may be prescribed under the rules.

Women prisoners with children Women prisoners with children-

1. (1) Women prisoners may keep their children inside the prison until the child attains the age of six years.
2. (2) A child living with his mother in prison maybe provided with health care and such other facilities, as may be prescribed under the rules.
