  1. (1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya ( Mobile Phone commencement Connection) Cess Act, 2002.
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.
  3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 18th January, 2002.
