Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya Forest Authority Act, 1991.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd March, 1991.
