Amendment of section 2

In section 2 of the Manipur Town and Country Planning Act, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act),—(i) after clause (v), the following shall be inserted, namely,—‘(v)(a) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Authority;’ (ii) after clause (xxiii), the following shall be inserted, namely.—‘(xxiii)(a) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Authority;’.
