Substitution of section 4

3. Substitution of section 4.- For section 4 of the Principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely,- "4. Entertainment allowance.- The Chief Minister shall be entitled to an entertainment (or sumptuary) allowance of Rs. 12,000/- per month, the Deputy Chief Minister and a Minister to an entertainment (or sumptuary) allowance of Rs. 11,000/- per month and a Minister of State to an entertainment (or sumptuary) allowance of Rs. 10,000/- per month to meet the entertainment expenditure incurred by the Minister."
