Vehicle and housing loan.

A Minister shall be entitled to a vehicle / housing loan upto a maximum of Rupees ten lakhs which shall be recoverable from his salary with interest by the Government during the term of his Ministership as may be prescribed: Provided that if a Minister ceases to be a Minister, the outstanding loan amount shall be recoverable from the salary receivable as a Member and the remaining balance, if any, from his pension.
