Office and meetings of the Board

(1) The Office of the Board shall be at Imphal. (2) Every meeting of the Board shall be presided over by the President, and in his absence, by the Vice-President, and in the absence of both, by a member to be chosen by the members present. (3) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five, and if at any time during a meeting of the Board there is no quorum, it shall be the duty of the President or the person acting as such, to adjourn the meeting.
