Chapter 3 OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY

20.

  1. (1) The Finance Officer shall be a whole time officer of the University.
  2. (2) The Finance Officer shall be the principal finance, accounts and audit officer of the University.
  3. (3) The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the Board of Governors, in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the Statutes.
  4. (4) The Finance Officer shall -
    • (i) exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and shall advise with regards to financial policy;
