Insertion in section 4

At the end of the existing Section 4 of the Act for the full stop a colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be added:— "Provided that where arrangement for the supply of tickets are also made in the motor Vehicle by which a person has to travel, a person may enter such motor Vehicle but as soon as may be after his entry therein, he shall make the payment of his fare to the conductor or to any other employee of the State Transport Undertaking as may be authorised by it in this behalf and obtain from him the ticket for his journey without which he shall not remain in such motor vehicle."
