Limitation

Statutory text
(1) Any appeal under this Act may be filed within thirty days of the date of the objection or order appealed against. (2) The provisions of section 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (No. 36 of 1963) shall apply to any appeal under this Act.
