Appeal

8.
- (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under section 7 may file an appeal in the prescribed manner to the State Government.
- (2) The State Government shall pass such orders after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the parties to the appeal.
- (3) The order passed under sub-section
- (2) shall be final and binding on the parties.
