Ordinary meetings; Special meetings

(1) Ordinary meetings: The Board shall meet not less than once in every four months but four months shall not intervene between two successive meetings. (2) Special meetings: The Chairman may, at any time, and shall upon the requisition made by not less than one-third of the members of the Board other than the ex-officio members and on a date not more than twenty-one days of the receipt of such requisition, call a special meeting of the Board. (3) Seven days notice shall be given for ordinary meetings of the Board and ten days notice for special meetings.
