Filling up of casual vacancies of certain vacancies of certain members of } the Committee

Any vacancies occurring in the officé of nominated, elected or 1 E ~co-opted member of the Ccmm:ittee before the expiration cf his term shall be filled : by nomination, election or co-cption, as the case may be, of another person in the manner provided in section 3 and the person so nominated, elected or co-opted N shall hold offie for the remaining of the term cf his predecessor. y E 6.
