Amendment of Section 18

In sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Act,-

1. (a) For clause (1), the following shall be substituted, namely,- " (i) Divide the area of the Gram Sabha into territorial constituencies".
2. (b) Clause (ii) shall be deleted.
