Registers to be maintained

(a) The Registrar shall maintain such registers as may be prescribed. (b) it shall be the duty of the Registrar to make entries in the register, from time to time, and to revise the same and to issue certificates of registration in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under.
