Short title, extent and commencement :— (I) This Act may be called

the Manipur Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1998,

1. (2) It extends tothe whole of the State of Masipur.
2. (3) Tt shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the official Gazette.
