(As passed by the Legislative Assembly, Manipur on 25-10-77) - An To make the law relating to irrigation’ and drainage and levy of Water rates and betterment coatribution and matters connected therewith, Be it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the twenty eight year of the Republic of India as follows : CHAPTER | 1 (1) This Act may be called the Manipur Irrigation Act, 1977. Short title,
