Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (b) “home guard” means a person who is appointed as such, and includes an officer appointed under this Act; (c) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules framed under this Act; (d) “Commandant General” includes Additional Commandant General, Deputy Commandant General and Assistant Commandant General; (e) “State Government” means the State Government of Manipur.
