Amendment of section 5.

Iu clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Manipur Higher Secondary Education Act, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as the Act), for items (iv), (v), (vii) and (x), the following shall be substituted, namely, —

“(iv) One Principal from amongst the Girls’ Colleges and one Principal from amongst the Girls’ Higher Secondary Schools;

1. (v) One Principal from amongst the Aided Colleges and one Principal from . amongst the Aided Higher Secondary Schools;
2. (vii) One Lecturer representative from the Higher Secondary Schools; , .
3. (x) One distinguished Educationist who is not a Government employee”,
