Statutory text
(1) The Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Second Ordinance, 2020 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Principal Act, as amended by the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Second Ordinance, 2020, shall be deemed to have been done under the Principal Act, as amended by this Act.
