Preventing Flood Zoning Authority in discharge of duty to be offence

Any person who prevents the Flood Zoning Authority in discharging any act imposed on such Authority by or under this Act, shall be deemed to have committed an offence under section 186 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
