Prosecutions under other laws for offence punishable under this Act.

Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed to prevent the prosecution of any person under any other law for any offence made punishable by this Act, or from being liable under any other law to any other or higher penalty or punishment than is provided for such offence by this Act.
