Statutory text
- (1) The Maharashtra Vacant Lands (Prohibition of Unauthorised Occupation and Summary Eviction) Ordinance, 1975, is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken by or under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
