Repeal of Mah. Ord. II of 1976 and savings

(1) The Maharashtra Unemployment Allowance Payment to Workmen in Factories (for Temporary Period) Ordinance, 1976 is hereby, repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken including any notification or order issued under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been made, done or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
