- (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Underground Pipelines and Underground Ducts (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2018.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th May 2018.
