Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th May 2015.
