Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT, CONDUCT OF BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CORPORATION

- (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely :-
- (a) Managing Director of the CorporationChairman(b) Executive Director of the CorporationMember(c) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Nagpur.Member(d) Chief Engineer (Gosikhurd), Irrigation Department, Nagpur.Member(e) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation.Member(f) Superintending Engineer of the Corporation.Member-Secretary.
- (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
