1. Short title

This Act may be called the Sir Sassoon Jacob David Baronetcy (Repealing) Act, 1957.
2. Repeal of Act 3 of 1913
Statutory text
The Sir Sassoon Jacob David Baronetcy Act, 1913 (3 of 1913), is hereby repealed.
3. Dissolution of corporation and vesting of property
Statutory text
On the commencement of this Act, the corporation known as the Sir Sassoon Jacob David Baronetcy constituted by the Act hereby repealed shall be dissolved, and all property, moveable or immoveable, and all rights, interests and privileges of whatever kind vested in or possessed by the said corporation shall be transferred to and vest in such person or persons as the Central Government may, by order in writing, specify.
