Notice to submit claims

For the purpose of ascertaining the claims of persons lawfully entitled to the trust properties or any part thereof, the Official Trustee shall publish in the Official Gazette, and also in such other manner as in his opinion is best calculated to bring to the attention of persons interested or likely to be interested in the trust properties, a general notice requiring persons claiming any interest in the trust properties to submit claims in respect of the trust properties within such period, being a period not less than six months and not exceeding one year from the date of the publication of the general notice in the Official Gazette, as may be specified in that notice.
