This Act may be called the Recovery and Penalty Provisions of the Maharashtra Ordinance No. III of 1975 (Continuance) Act, 1975.
2. Continuance in force of provisions of Maharashtra Ordinance No. III of 1975
Statutory text
The provisions of the Maharashtra Ordinance No. III of 1975 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Ordinance") shall continue to be in force for a period of one year from the date on which the said Ordinance would have otherwise expired.
