Statutory text
  1. (1) There shall be a Fee Fixation Committee to fix the fee structure of the University.
  2. (2) The composition, term of Committee and its Members, mechanism and procedure to be followed by the Fee Fixation Committee shall be such as may be notified by the State Government by notification in Official Gazette: Provided that, every such notification shall, as soon as may be, laid before each House of the State Legislature.
  3. (3) The allowances and honorarium of the Chairman and members of the Fee Fixation Committee shall be such as may be specified by State Government, from time to time, which shall be paid by the University.
