1. Short title

This Act may be called the Provincial Insolvency (Bombay Amendment) Act, 1948.
2. Amendment of section 79 of Act V of 1920
Statutory text
In section 79 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920, in its application to the Province of Bombay, after sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be added, namely:—
'(3) All rules made under this section shall be subject to the condition of previous publication.'
