This Act vests the Prince of Wales Museum in Mumbai and its property in a Board of Trustees. It sets out the Board's constitution and powers, including lending, exchanging, selling or destroying items and keeping collections that do not belong to it. It also lets the Board borrow money and mortgage its property, and requires its accounts to be examined every year.
