Delegation of powers.

The Authority or the Chairperson, as the case may be, by general or special order in writing, may delegate to any officer or staff of the State Government, local authority, Government company or statutory body or corporation such of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order.
