This Act amends the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act, 1956, to modify how the governing Board is formed and led. It allows the State Government to constitute the Board if at least fifty percent of its members are already nominated or elected, overriding previous rules. The Act also requires the Government to nominate the President of the Board from among its members. Additionally, it deletes a specific clause from Section 61 and repeals a 2015 Ordinance while ensuring that any actions taken under the Ordinance remain valid as if they were taken under this new Act.
