Non-application of provisions of section 10 in certain circumstances.

Nothing in section 10 shall apply to,-

1. (i) sub-judice matters;
2. (ii) cases referred to Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayuktas and other Constitutional Institutions, Commissions, etc.;
3. (iii) quasi-judicial matters;
4. (iv) cases related to Central or other State Governments;
5. (v) cases related to Legislation;
6. (vi) cases involving major policy decisions
