Sections 28 and 29 empower the high Court and the Government to make necessary rules under this Act.

Repeal of Mali. Ord. III of 1999 and saving

1. (1) The Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Ordinance 1999 is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act
