The Industrial Disputes (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 1974

This Act may be called the Industrial Disputes (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 1974.

In section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, in clause (a), in sub-clause (i), for the words "or any such controlled industry as may be specified in this behalf by the Central Government", the words "or any such controlled industry as may be specified in this behalf by the Central Government, or in relation to any other industrial dispute, the State Government" shall be substituted.
