The Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) (Bombay Amendment) Act, 1953

(1) This Act may be called the Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) (Bombay Amendment) Act, 1953. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bombay.

In section 7 of the Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) Act, 1950, in its application to the State of Bombay, in sub-section (1), for clause (c), the following shall be substituted, namely:— "(c) any other award or decision of the Tribunal or an industrial tribunal in respect of which the appropriate Government is of opinion that it involves a substantial question of law or is of public importance; or".
