Amendment of section 1 of Act VII of 1916

In section 1 of the Indian Medical Degrees Act, 1916, in its application to the State of Maharashtra, for sub-section (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:— '(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.' (1) This Act may be called the Indian Medical Degrees (Maharashtra Extension and Provision for Uniformity) Act, 1961. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
