An Act to provide for the registration and inspection of nursing homes in the State of Bombay and for certain purposes connected therewith. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the registration and inspection of nursing homes in the Province of Bombay and for certain purposes connected therewith; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
