An Act to control and tax lotteries and to tax prize competitions in the State of Bombay. WHEREAS it is expedient to control lotteries and to levy a tax on lotteries and prize competitions in the State of Bombay; It is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
