The Gujarat Homoeopathic (Regulation Examination, Degrees Etc.) Validation Act, 1978
This Act retroactively legalizes the regulations, examinations, degrees, diplomas, and qualifications issued under the Gujarat Homoeopathic Regulations of 1969. The Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine in Gujarat had originally created regulations, held examinations, and granted degrees without obtaining the required prior sanction from the State Government or publishing them in the Official Gazette. This legislation applies to all homoeopathic practitioners, students, and institutions affected by those procedural oversights. By legally validating these past actions, the Act protects individuals holding these qualifications, ensuring their degrees and certificates cannot be challenged or invalidated in court solely because of administrative flaws.
