Power to make rules.

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry into effect the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for— (i) the form of application and the information to be supplied under sub-section (1) of section 4 ; (ii) the manner in which persons authorized under sub-section (1) of section 11 shall exercise their powers and dispose of the materials seized under clause (d) of the said sub-section.
