Dis-qualification

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if he,—

1. (i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; or
2. (ii) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude ; or
3. (iii) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes ; or
4. (iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practices in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
