Summoning Jury

Statutory text
In order to the impanelling of a jury for an inquest under section 9 the Coroner shall summon not less than five nor more than eleven respectable persons to appear before him at a time and place to be specified in the summons for the purpose of inquiring where, when and by what means the deceased came by his death.
